Terms of service
Last updated: September 8, 2026
These Terms govern purchases from and use of www.lvlup.design. “LVLUP Design,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Assaf Dovrath, an Israeli registered business (Osek Murshe), trading as LVLUP Design. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded or reduced.
1. Display art for adults
LVLUP Design models are collectible display artworks intended for adults aged 18 and over. They are not toys or building sets. CHOKING HAZARD — small parts. Not for children under 3 years. Models may also contain fragile, sharp-edged, or scratch-sensitive elements. Keep them away from children and pets, direct flame, excessive heat, water, and direct sunlight.
2. Product construction and presentation
Our models use genuine LEGO® elements. Some genuine LEGO elements may be custom-painted when the required color or finish is not manufactured by the LEGO Group. Where disclosed for a product, rare elements may be pre-owned, cleaned, and smoke-free.
Models are supplied assembled as display art. For safe transport, a model may be separated into approximately four or five large sections that can normally be reconnected easily. If help is needed, contact us with photos or a short video.
Models do not include building instructions or spare parts unless a product page expressly says otherwise. A thank-you card is included. When the configurator offers a sticker choice, the customer may choose whether supplied stickers are applied by us or provided separately. For a model sold “as is,” the product page will state whether stickers are already applied. No certificate of authenticity is included unless the product page expressly states that one is included.
3. Images and appearance
Product images currently used on the site may be digital renders. Actual color, finish, alignment, and minor handmade details may vary slightly. Screen and monitor settings can also affect color appearance. These normal variations are not defects, but mandatory rights relating to materially misdescribed or defective goods remain unaffected.
4. Customization and order acceptance
Every model is customized or prepared to order. Configuration choices and order details are the customer's responsibility before checkout. We may contact the customer to clarify an incomplete, inconsistent, unavailable, or technically impossible selection.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt, not final acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for an obvious pricing error, unavailable component, unverifiable address, suspected fraud, legal or carrier restriction, or inability to complete the requested configuration. If we cancel, we will refund the amount collected, subject only to deductions permitted by law.
5. Prices and payment
Store prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is currently accepted through PayPal. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and currency-conversion costs are handled as described at checkout and in the Shipping Policy. We may correct an obvious price or description error before accepting the order; we will not increase the price of an accepted order without the customer's agreement.
6. Production and order status
LVLUP Design is operated by one artist. Queue and production estimates depend on workload. Physical work begins when the customer is notified that the order has entered In the Workshop. Once in that stage, assembly normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by quality check and packing. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless agreed in writing.
7. Shipping, customs, and risk
Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. We arrange tracked, insured shipment to approved destinations. We remain responsible for the shipment to the extent required by applicable law. The customer is responsible for destination duties and import charges unless checkout expressly states they are included.
8. Cancellations, returns, and remedies
Cancellation, voluntary returns, damage, defects, missing parts, and lost shipments are governed by the Refund Policy. Voluntary business terms never replace mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
9. Care, ageing, and paid refresh service
Display the model indoors, away from direct sunlight, strong heat, high humidity, smoke, and abrasive dust. White LEGO elements can yellow over time, especially after ultraviolet exposure. Painted, chrome-finished, clear, and stickered elements are particularly sensitive to scratches and chemicals.
Use only a clean, dry, soft brush for routine dusting. Do not use water, alcohol, solvents, household cleaners, polishes, compressed air at close range, abrasive cloths, ultrasonic cleaning, dishwashers, washing machines, or heat. Normal ageing, sunlight damage, chemical damage, scratching, and misuse are not manufacturing defects.
A paid refresh service for selected parts may be available by special request through Contact Us. It is not sold as a standard kit and availability is not guaranteed.
10. Customer-supplied LEGO 10242 projects
Work involving a customer-supplied LEGO 10242 set is available only as a case-by-case special request through Contact Us. Acceptance, scope, price, shipping responsibilities, condition requirements, and risk allocation must be agreed in writing before the customer sends any property to us.
11. Intellectual property and LEGO disclaimer
LVLUP Design owns or licenses its original site content, photography, renders, written material, branding, configurations, artwork, and custom design elements. They may not be reproduced, sold, or used commercially without permission.
LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse LVLUP Design. LVLUP Design is an independent creator and is not affiliated with the LEGO Group.
12. Website use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, scrape it unlawfully, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights. We may restrict access or cancel an affected order where reasonably necessary and lawful.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LVLUP Design is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer remedies.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply in the consumer's country of residence. Before formal proceedings, both sides should first try to resolve the issue in good faith through info@lvlup.design.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively. The version shown when an order is accepted governs that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer. Material changes will not retroactively reduce an existing customer's rights.
