You are purchasing a physical, display-ready piece of brick-built automotive art, individually prepared and assembled by LVLUP Design. It is a finished collector display—not a construction kit or a mass-produced toy.

Yes. Your model is assembled before shipment. To protect it in transit, it may be separated into approximately four or five larger sections that are designed to reconnect easily.

If you need help reconnecting anything, contact us and send a few clear photographs or a short video. We will guide you through the process.

Yes. Our models are made using genuine LEGO® elements. Most elements are new. When a rare or discontinued element must be sourced pre-owned, it is carefully inspected, cleaned and dried before use and sourced from a smoke-free environment.

Some genuine LEGO® elements are custom-painted when the LEGO Group does not produce the required color or finish. These hand-finished elements are identified where relevant and should be handled with extra care.

Once your order enters In the Workshop, assembly normally takes one to two business days. This does not include the time your order may spend in the production queue or the courier's transit time.

Our current Workload Meter will show the estimated delay before work begins. Production estimates are not guarantees and may change because of order volume, rare-part availability or circumstances outside our control. If a material delay affects your order, we will contact you.

We ship to destinations that can legally and operationally be served from our current location. The countries and delivery services available for a particular order are shown during checkout.

If your destination is not available, contact us before ordering. Availability may change because of carrier restrictions, local regulations or temporary service limitations.

Yes. You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions below and any mandatory rights under applicable law.
